By creating an account or using SooKOOBE ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these Terms from time to time; continuing to use SooKOOBE after a change means you accept the update.
SooKOOBE is a personal life-management app — tasks, routines, projects, finance tracking, notes, learning/growth tracking, and an AI assistant, all in one place. There's a genuinely usable Free plan, and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Pro+) that unlock more room and AI. We may add, change, or remove features over time, including free-plan limits — we'll never delete data you've already created just because a limit changed.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up. You must be old enough to legally agree to these Terms in your own location to use SooKOOBE.
Paid plans are billed for the cycle you choose (Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, or Yearly) at the price shown at checkout, processed by our payment provider, Sifalo Pay. Every paid plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee — request a refund from Settings within 7 days of upgrading and we'll process it. Prices and plan limits may change; we'll never change what you're charged for an already-active billing period without telling you first.
Everything you create in SooKOOBE — tasks, notes, finance records, journal entries, and so on — is yours. We don't claim ownership of it, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models. We store and process it only to run the app for you. You can export a full copy or delete your account (and everything in it) at any time from Settings.
SooKOOBE AI and Ask SooKOOBE are assistive tools, not professional advice (financial, medical, legal, or otherwise). AI-generated responses can be wrong or incomplete — always use your own judgment, especially for anything involving money, health, or important decisions.
Don't use SooKOOBE to break the law, abuse or attack our systems (including trying to bypass rate limits, scrape data, or overload the guest Help Center/support forms), impersonate someone else, or upload content you don't have the right to share. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or is used abusively; where reasonable, we'll try to warn you first.
SooKOOBE is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we can't guarantee the app will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SooKOOBE isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
